Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support a rapidly growing organization. This role is fully remote and requires expertise in MS Project, EVMS, and complex scheduling with stakeholder alignment across locations.

The candidate will drive cost and schedule baselines, analyze performance, mentor teams, and ensure compliance. Strong communication and multi-project experience are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• Proficiency with EVMS concepts, scheduling and analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and locations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and provide recommendations.
• Mentor PM teams in EVMS and scheduling processes.
• Interface with IPT leads across geographic locations.
• Ensure EVMS compliance and perform risk analysis and management.
• Create IMP/IMS for proposals and programs.
• Coordinate timely program deliverables and support program reviews.
