Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization. This role emphasizes EVMS, scheduling, and program performance management in a U.S.

context, with remote work options. The ideal candidate will manage baselines, EAC, IMS/IMP, and provide senior-level guidance across multiple locations, while partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful program execution. Strong MS Project, Deltek Cobra, and DoD EVMS experience is required; U.S.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• Proficiency with MS Project, EVMS, Deltek Cobra and scheduling tools.
• Ability to perform critical path analysis and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost/schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC.
• Mentor PM teams in planning, scheduling, and EVMS processes.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedule data into program data.
• Prepare and present program reviews to senior leadership.
