Saab AB in the United States seeks a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to lead program planning, cost/schedule baselines, performance analysis, and EVMS compliance across contracts.

The role requires strong MS Project skills, integration of subcontractor data, and the ability to mentor PM teams while delivering accurate program reviews to senior leadership. This position is eligible for full-time remote work with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC and MRM.
• Mentor PM teams in planning, scheduling tools and processes; ensure EVMS compliance.
