Saab, Inc. seeks a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to drive program cost and schedule baselines and provide advanced EVMS analytics. This role supports remote work and coordination with multiple IPTs and PMs across locations.

The ideal candidate has extensive MS Project and EVMS experience, strong scheduling, and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement. Eligible for full-time remote work with a global team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters and analyze performance (historical and predictive).
• Monitor the contract/program Estimate at Complete and review results with program teams.
• Act as SME in guidance and mentoring of program teams in PM tools and processes.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules into program data.
• Carry out advanced EAC, Management Reserve, Risk and Opportunity Management analyses.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
