Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our growing organization. The role is eligible for full-time remote work and requires expertise in MS Project and EVMS, with experience managing complex schedules and coordinating with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will lead development of baselines, analyze performance, prepare program reviews, and mentor teams across multiple locations while ensuring contract compliance and proactive decision-making.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC.
• Mentor program teams in EVMS tools and processes.
• Interface with IPT leads across locations.
• Ensure EVMS compliance and prepare senior leadership reviews.
