Job summary

Saab is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support a growing organization. The role emphasizes MS Project proficiency, EVMS, and cross-office collaboration, with responsibility for baselines, performance analysis, and program reviews.

Remote work is eligible for this full-time position. The candidate should have a strong background in scheduling, data integration, and DoD-style EVM practices to drive proactive program decisions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters and analyze performance (historical and predictive).
• Mentor PM teams in program management tools and processes; serve as SME in scheduling and EVMS.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedule data into program data; manage EAC, MR, risk and opportunity management.
• Prepare and present accurate program reviews to senior leadership; reconcile data with contract modifications.
• Ensure EVMS compliance; lead IPT coordination and develop IMP/IMS and cost/schedule integration.
• Lead automation and tool design/improvements; train analysts in EVMS and scheduling tools.
