Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization.

The role emphasizes expert use of MS Project and proven ability to manage complex schedules while partnering with stakeholders to drive program execution. You will lead the development of baselines, perform EVMS–related analyses, mentor PM teams, and deliver timely program reviews to senior leadership across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC and MRM.
• Mentor teams in EVMS tools and processes across locations.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedule data into program data.
• Prepare and present program reviews to senior leadership.
