Affirm is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the Acquisition & Onboarding team within the Consumer org. You will set technical direction, drive architecture, and elevate full stack development across mobile, web, and backend systems to improve conversion and growth.

You will mentor engineers, own quarterly goals, and collaborate with product, design, and analytics while maintaining strong code quality and operational excellence in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience leading mobile initiatives and cross‑functional launches.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web/mobile stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team, guiding engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to align on technical constraints and risks.
• Ensure monitoring, on-call readiness, and reliable operations of your services.
• Identify and lead the resolution of project, process, or technology issues.
