Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience leading significant mobile initiatives and cross‑functional launches.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and launch backend systems at scale using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team, guiding engineers through ambiguity.
