Affirm is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Acquisition & Onboarding team. You will set technical direction, drive architecture, and elevate full stack development across mobile, web, and backend systems.

This remote-first role focuses on delivering high-impact features that improve conversion, retention, and business growth. You will lead quarterly goals, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, and analytics to deliver polished, performant experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major mobile initiatives and cross-functional launches.
• Strong debugging across React Native, Swift/Kotlin, and backend integration.
• Ship web apps with React or Vue and write high-quality, scalable code.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly goals for your team and guide delivery through ambiguity.
