Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to drive scheduling and cost baselines, analyze program performance, and guide cross-functional teams across multiple locations.

You will act as an EVMS SME, mentor staff, and ensure accurate EACs and IMS/IMP development. You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with IPT leads and customers, and will lead process improvements and tool design to enhance program execution while maintaining compliance with DoD EVMS

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC; review with program teams.
• Mentor program teams in scheduling tools and processes; interface with IPT leads and PMs.
• Integrate subcontractor data into program data and ensure EVMS compliance.
• Prepare and present program reviews to senior leadership; manage IMP/IMS development.
• Ensure advanced scheduling techniques and network logic integration to drive decisions.
• Coordinate and ensure timely program deliverables across multiple projects.
