Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support its growing organization. The role emphasizes MS Project proficiency, EVA/MMS scheduling, and program performance management across multiple locations and remote work options.

The candidate will lead baselining, EAC analysis, variance analysis, and EVMS guidance while mentoring teams and coordinating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance and monitor Estimate at Complete (EAC).
• Mentor program teams in scheduling tools and processes.
• Interface with IPT leads and PMs across multiple locations.
• Ensure EVMS compliance through audits.
