Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization. This role is eligible for full-time remote work and requires strong MS Project and EVMS expertise.

You will collaborate with multiple IPT leads to manage schedules, costs, risk, and program performance across several locations. You will mentor teams, integrate subcontractor data, and develop IMP/IMS artifacts while ensuring EVMS compliance and timely program deliverables.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• Experience leading program performance management and EVMS processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance and EAC; monitor Estimate at Complete and report to leadership.
• Mentor teams in scheduling tools and EVMS concepts; drive process improvements.
