Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support rapid growth. The role is eligible for full-time remote work, with focus on MS Project and EVMS-driven scheduling and performance analysis.

You will develop baselines, analyze performance, and present to senior leadership, coordinating with IPT leads across multiple locations. Requires 8+ years of experience and DoD/EVM knowledge.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC with senior leadership.
• Serve as SME in program management tools and processes and mentor staff.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules data into program data.
• Ensure EVMS compliance through audits and cost/schedule integration across locations.
