Saab is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support complex schedules and EVMS compliance. This role requires strong MS Project/Deltek Cobra skills and collaboration with multiple IPT leads across locations.

The ideal candidate will drive program planning, EAC analysis, risk management, and the development of IMS/IMP, ensuring accurate deliverables and proactive decision making.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• MS Project, MS Office Suite, Deltek Cobra, EVMS and scheduling data integration.
• IMP/IMS Development and Maintenance on DoD programs with EVM requirements.
• Critical Path Analysis and Slack Management; Variance Analysis; EVMS concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC and IC curves.
• Mentor program teams in planning, EVMS tools, and processes.
• Integrate subcontractor data into program data and reconcile with contract mods.
• Prepare and present program reviews to senior leadership.
• Ensure schedules are integrated, with health checks and risk analysis.
