Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior CRM Developer to enhance and operate a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. You will work in an Agile Scrum setting, handling multiple items per sprint, while leveraging AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service.

This role is fully remote within the United States. Responsibilities include mentoring other developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other Dynamics modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
• 5 years of experience in Power Platform and Portals.
• Experience leading implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other Dynamics modules (Copilot Studio, Chat, Secure Messaging).
• C#, .Net, Javascript, FetchXML experience.
• Experience with SDLC documentation (Design Documents, Implementation Plans, deployments).
• Agile Scrum environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and testing teams and other developers to implement user stories and ensure acceptance criteria quality.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members.
• Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence.
