Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to enhance and operate a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. The role requires Agile Scrum experience and the ability to manage multiple items per sprint in a fully remote setting within the United States.

You will implement user stories, mentor peers, and utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, and Chat. A PBGC Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience in Power Platform and Portals.
• Experience leading Dynamics Call Center, IVR, and related modules.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and FetchXML.
• Experience with SDLC documentation and deployments.
• Able to obtain PBGC Public Trust clearance.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork in Agile Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the functional and testing teams and other developers to implement user stories and ensure acceptance criteria quality.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members.
• Leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service (Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence, and other tools).
