Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to support a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal in a fully remote role across the United States. The position requires Agile Scrum experience and the ability to handle multiple items in a sprint.

You will lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging, mentor other developers, and collaborate with senior team members while leveraging AI features in Dynamics for customer service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
• Lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other Dynamics modules (Copilot Studio, Chat, Secure Messaging).
• 5+ years of Power Platform and Portals experience; Dynamics expertise.
• Experience in Dynamics Call Center/IVR essential; strong C#/JavaScript/FetchXML skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and testing teams to implement user stories and ensure acceptance criteria quality.
• Mentor other developers and work with senior team members.
• Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence.
