Job summary
GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to support the ongoing enhancement and operations of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. This role is fully remote within the United States and operates in an Agile Scrum environment, handling multiple items in a single sprint.
You will mentor other developers, collaborate with senior team members, and leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience
- Lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other modern functionality and modules within Dynamics
- Experience with Call Center and IVR is required
- C#, .Net, Javascript, FetchXML experience
- Support SDLC documentation (Design Documents, Implementation Plans, deployments)
- Attention to detail and strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Portals
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional and testing teams and other developers to implement user stories and ensure acceptance criteria
- Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members
- Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service (Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence)
