GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to enhance and operate a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. The role requires Agile Scrum experience and the ability to manage multiple items per sprint.

The position is fully remote within the United States. Responsibilities include collaborating with functional/testing teams, mentoring developers, and leveraging AI features in Dynamics across Copilot Studio, IVR, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
• Lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other Dynamics modules (Copilot Studio, Chat, Secure Messaging)
• Experience with Call Center, IVR is REQUIRED
• C#, .Net, Javascript, FetchXML experience
• Experience in SDLC documentation (Design Documents, Implementation Plans, deployments)
• Attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Portals
• Provide support to Support Team for Operations/Production troubleshooting
• Work in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile Scrum environment
• Clearance required: PBGC Public Trust

Responsabilités

• Implement required user stories in collaboration with the team and testers
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members
• Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center, Customer Service, Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence
