Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to enhance and operate a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. The role requires Agile Scrum experience and the ability to manage multiple items in a sprint.

This position is fully remote within the United States. The candidate will lead Dynamics implementations, mentor other developers, and utilize Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat and Secure Messaging to deliver modern features and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors with 12+ years of related experience is required.
• Experience leading Dynamics implementations including Call Center, IVR and modern modules.
• Depth in Power Platform, Portals, Copilot Studio, Chat and Secure Messaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional, testing, and development teams to implement user stories and ensure acceptance criteria quality.
• Mentor developers and work with senior team members in a fast-paced Agile Scrum environment.
• Leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence.
