Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to enhance and operate our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. The role requires Agile Scrum experience and the ability to manage multiple items per sprint.

The position is fully remote within the United States. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring peers, and applying AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio and IVR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform and Portals.
• Lead implementations of Call Center, IVR and Dynamics features including Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging.
• Experience with Call Center and IVR is required.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML.
• Experience documenting SDLC artifacts and deployments.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Portals.
• Support operations troubleshooting and production support.
• Work in a fast-paced Agile Scrum environment.
• Must attain PBGC Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and testing teams to implement user stories and refine acceptance criteria.
• Mentor other developers and work with senior team members.
• Leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence.
