• Previous sales, call center, or customer-facing experience
• Ability to confidently discuss pricing and close sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and goal-oriented
• Reliable internet connection and designated home workspace

• Experience in a customer service or sales role within a wellness-focused organization
• Ability to learn, retain, and apply detailed information quickly
• Familiarity with multiple software platforms
