GovCIO is seeking a Senior CRM developer to enhance a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, customer portal, and related services. You will work in an Agile Scrum environment, supporting rapid item handling in sprints, and you will mentor other developers while collaborating with senior teammates to implement user stories.

The role emphasizes using AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, with a focus on Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience.
• 5 years of Power Platform and Portals experience.
• Lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other Dynamics modules.
• Proficiency with Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging.
• Strong C#, .NET, JavaScript, and FetchXML skills.
• Experience with SDLC documentation and implementation plans.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting.
• Public Trust clearance required.
• PowerBI, PDF/RDL reports, GitHub, and deployment pipelines are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and testing teams to implement user stories and ensure quality acceptance criteria.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members.
