Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to enhance a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. The role supports an Agile Scrum workflow and involves multi-item sprint handling, remote work within the United States, and ongoing technology enhancements.

The candidate will implement user stories, mentor peers, and leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
• 5 years of experience in Power Platform and Portals.
• Lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other modern functionality in Dynamics.
• Experience with Call Center, IVR is REQUIRED.
• C#, .Net, JavaScript, FetchXML experience.
• Experience in SDLC documentation and deployments.
• Agile Scrum environment experience.
• Must be able to obtain PBGC Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and testing teams to implement user stories and ensure acceptance criteria quality.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members.
• Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence.
