Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior CRM developer to enhance and operate a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. The role works in an Agile Scrum setting and is fully remote within the United States.

You will lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and related Dynamics modules, mentor teammates, and apply Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging tools to improve functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate background.
• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform and Portals.
• Experience leading Call Center, IVR, and other Dynamics modules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and testing teams to implement user stories and maintain test acceptance criteria.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior teammates.
• Leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service workflows.
