GovCIO is seeking a Senior CRM Developer to enhance and operate a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. You will work in an Agile Scrum environment, handling multiple items per sprint and mentoring colleagues. The role emphasizes implementing AI features in Dynamics for Call Center, IVR, and customer service.

The position is fully remote within the United States and requires clearance to PBGC Public Trust. Strong C#, .NET, JavaScript, and FetchXML skills are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience, or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of Power Platform and Portals
• Experience leading Call Center, IVR, and other Dynamics modules (Copilot Studio, Chat, Secure Messaging)
• C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML skills
• Experience in SDLC documentation (Design Docs, Implementation Plans, deployments)
• Detail-oriented, collaborative in Agile Scrum
• Must be able to obtain PBGC Public Trust clearance

• Mentor other developers and work with senior team members.
