Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior CRM developer to enhance and operate a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. This fully remote role in the United States requires Agile Scrum experience and the ability to handle multiple sprint items.

The candidate will implement user stories, mentor developers, and leverage Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence to modernize the platform while ensuring robust production support and collaborative delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
• Experience leading Dynamics implementations including Call Center and IVR modules.
• Strong experience with Power Platform and Portals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and testing teams to implement user stories and ensure acceptance criteria.
• Mentor other developers and guide senior team members.
• Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center, IVR, chat, and DocIntelligence.
