Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to support the ongoing enhancement and operations of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal, while implementing new functionality in an Agile Scrum setting. This role is fully remote within the United States.

You will lead implementations of Call Center/IVR, mentor teammates, and leverage Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging to advance customer service capabilities using modern tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years or commensurate experience.
• 5 years of experience in Power Platform and Portals.
• Lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other Dynamics functionalities (Copilot Studio, Chat, Secure Messaging).
• C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML experience.
• Experience with SDLC documentation and deployments.
• Agile Scrum experience in a collaborative environment.
• Must be able to attain PBGC Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and testing teams to implement user stories and ensure acceptance criteria quality.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members.
• Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service (Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence).
