Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior CRM developer to enhance a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. The role requires agile sprint experience and the ability to handle multiple items in a single sprint, all while working fully remotely in the United States.

You will lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and modern Dynamics functionality, mentor peers, and leverage Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience.
• 5 years of Power Platform and Portals experience.
• Experience leading implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other Dynamics modules.

Responsibilities

• Implement user stories within an Agile Scrum team and ensure acceptance criteria quality.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members.
• Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service (Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence).
