GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to enhance and operate our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. This fully remote role requires Agile Scrum experience and the ability to handle multiple items in a sprint.

You will lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and related Dynamics modules, mentor peers, and leverage Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging to deliver modern solutions across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience.
• Leads implementations of Call Center, IVR, and Dynamics modules.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging.
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics and Portals knowledge.
• Agile Scrum in a Fast-paced environment.
• Clearance required: PBGC Public Trust

Responsabilidades

• Implement user stories in Dynamics CRM and customer portal.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members.
• Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service.
