Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to advance a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. This remote role requires coordinating in an Agile Scrum environment and delivering new features across multiple sprints.

You will implement Call Center/IVR modules, mentor teammates, and leverage Copilot Studio and other AI tools to enhance customer service capabilities. A strong background in Dynamics and Portals is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience.
• Strong track record leading Dynamics 365/Portals implementations.
• Experience in Call Center and IVR within Dynamics is required.
• Experience with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and secure messaging.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and testing teams to implement user stories.
• Mentor developers and work in a fast-paced Agile Scrum environment.
• Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence.
