Job summary

Travefy is seeking an Implementation Lead to own end-to-end onboarding and go-live for partners and agencies. You will manage enterprise, host agency, API/white-label rollouts, plan data migrations, technical setup, and training, with a strong focus on adoption and operational excellence.

In the first six months you’ll onboard the largest host agencies, then expand to migrations and partner integrations such as travel insurance APIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a technical implementation specialist, technical account manager or technical project manager at a SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, data migration, and SSO.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and ability to document plans and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise, host agency and API rollout projects.
• Define timelines, milestones, and drive adoption and go-live.
• Coordinate data migration, field mapping and bulk account setup with the manager.
• Build standardized implementation playbooks and responsible handoffs.
• Manage risks and escalate issues early to keep projects on track.
