Job summary

Fullsteam seeks an Implementation Specialist to lead customer onboarding for PIC Business Systems' ERP and production software deployments. You will manage tasks, coordinate training, and ensure on-time delivery while building strong relationships with client stakeholders.

You will travel to visit customers, guide configuration, and align project scope with defined plans, following established implementation standards. A SaaS/ERP background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with SaaS software implementations.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, highly organized and detailed.
• Ability to understand technical concepts to provide guidance and solutions.
• Experience in window treatments or ERP/production software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all implementation tasks including weekly calls, training sessions, and go-live tasks.
• Build a good working relationship with customer stakeholders.
• Travel to visit and train customers as needed.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Assist in managing the project scope and objectives, keeping stakeholders on schedule.
• Follow the defined project plan.
• Build working knowledge of window covering products, pricing, and order-to-production workflows to guide customer setup and configuration.
• Suggest improvements to company-defined processes to help projects run more efficiently.
• Communicate to management suggested changes to the project scope and timeline.
• Report and escape all project risks to management as needed.
• Assist with testing development items and project deliverables included in the project.
• Assist with creating internal and client documentation, including Release Notes, Knowledge Base articles, and training videos.
