Job summary

Fellow is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Specialist to lead large-scale rollouts across major enterprise accounts, ensuring organization-wide adoption and value realization. You will manage multi-department implementations, coordinate IT/security reviews, and drive change management at scale in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, professional services, or technical program management at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, org-wide software rollouts across multiple departments.
• Experience with CRM and project tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira).
• Knowledge of SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, and security review processes.
• Strong program and change-management skills for adoption at scale.
• Executive presence for presenting to IT, security, and C-suite leaders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation for large enterprise accounts from contract to full rollout and value realization.
• Design rollout plans for org-wide deployments across departments, regions, and business units.
• Serve as primary post-sale contact for IT, security, procurement, and executives.
• Lead discovery to map org structure, tech stack, and compliance needs into a tailored plan.
• Manage technical aspects of deployments including SSO/SAML, calendar/CRM integrations, data migration, user provisioning.
• Collaborate with security, legal, and IT to complete required reviews and documentation.
• Drive change-management programs to ensure high usage across distributed user bases.
• Oversee multiple concurrent implementations, proactively mitigating scope, timeline, and budget risks.
