Job summary

Jobgether's partner is seeking an Implementation Lead based in the United States to drive onboarding and launches for strategic customers and partners. You will oversee API and white-label integrations, data migrations, and technical setup from start to finish, coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Revenue Operations.

You will establish scalable implementation processes, build playbooks, and drive adoption, ensuring projects stay on track while addressing risks early.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SaaS implementation-related experience.
• Experience managing customer implementations from planning to launch.
• Hands-on knowledge of integrations, APIs, data migration, field mapping, SSO, and admin tools.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience designing repeatable processes and implementation playbooks.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementations for agencies and enterprise customers from kickoff to adoption.
• Establish timelines, milestones, and activation targets with customers.
• Lead weekly partner status meetings and manage project risks.
• Coordinate with Account Management and leadership on goals and rollout requirements.
• Develop deep platform knowledge to address technical questions and determine escalation needs.
• Coordinate API and white-label onboarding for partners, including data migrations.
• Own data migrations, field mapping, and setup of accounts and subscriptions.
• Troubleshoot SSO issues and handle admin requests from Account Management.
• Develop and deliver onboarding, partner staff training, and webinars.
• Create clear customer communications for large-scale rollouts and coordinate emails with Revenue Ops.
• Develop standardized implementation playbooks covering all stages.
• Define SLAs and handoff procedures between Sales, Implementation, and Support.
• Contribute to expanding services, starting with data migration services.
• Track implementation performance from contract to launch and adoption.
