Job summary

Owner Relations Technology is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead our Implementation team and contribute hands-on to deployments for a worldwide customer base. The role spans pre-sale to post-sale activities, ensuring clear technical guidance, robust project planning, accurate configuration, and a smooth handoff to Support.

The position requires strong English communication, 5+ years in SaaS implementation, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS implementation experience.
• 2+ years of team leadership or coaching.
• Experience with AI tools or workflow automation is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting web-based software platforms.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with large datasets.
• Familiar with CSV/flat file data formats and data imports.
• Working SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Customer-focused and professional demeanor.
• Hospitality or property management software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from pre-sale through launch and handoff to Support.
• Coach and support the Implementation team; manage workload and escalations.
• Contribute directly to implementation tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Development, Infrastructure, Training and Support.
• Review requirements, scope, timelines, risks, data needs and configuration.
• Provide senior technical guidance for configurations and troubleshooting.
• Oversee data review, cleaning, import preparation, and post-import checks.
• Ensure accurate documentation and handoffs; communicate with customers.
• Educate customers during implementation on workflows and system use.
• Monitor projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and AI-driven automation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
