Job summary

TravelPerk is seeking an Implementation Specialist to drive successful onboarding for Premium and Pro customers. You will configure client accounts, tailor training for Admins and end users, and coordinate rollout plans to maximize adoption of the TravelPerk platform.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will provide data-driven recommendations and ensure a smooth transition from signup to launch, including API and integration support for client ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and training for Admins, Travelers, and key client stakeholders.
• Configure client accounts to meet specifications and requirements.
• Provide technical support for integrations with marketplace partners or custom APIs.
• Manage rollout and adoption of TravelPerk platform for clients and provide guidance for long-term success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure successful implementations.
