12twenty, the leading platform connecting employers with elite early career professionals, is seeking an Implementation Manager for its remote U.S. CX team.

You will lead the end-to-end SaaS onboarding for mid-market to light-enterprise clients, coordinating across Product, Support, and CS to ensure successful platform adoption. The role is 100% remote within the United States, handling 30–40 concurrent projects, running live trainings, and guiding customers through complex technical rollouts

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management.
• Experience managing multi-month implementations for mid-market to Fortune 100.
• Strong communication across channels and with seniority levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the customer implementation process from contract signature to adoption.
• Manage 30–40 concurrent implementation projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Design, deliver, and adjust project plans and milestones for onboarding.
• Conduct live training sessions and executive-level updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and CS teams for alignment.
• Identify risks and blockers to protect timelines and outcomes.
• Prepare to take ownership of Alpha/strategic accounts.
• Provide a customer-first approach throughout onboarding.
