Job summary

TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial deployment of robotaxi fleets across North America. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when needed, and participate in training programs.

No prior AV experience required; comprehensive training provided. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge autonomous mobility projects across multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Able to pass background verification and drug/alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and adherence to procedures.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and robotaxi operations.
• Continuously supervise AV performance with awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete assigned routes while following local regulations and company SOPs.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services by maintaining safe operation.
