Job summary

TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, deployment, and scaling of robotaxi fleets across North America. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when necessary, and work with engineering and operations teams.

No prior AV experience required; we provide comprehensive training. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge mobility technology and opportunities to contribute to safe, reliable autonomous transportation through multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Ability to pass background verification and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial operations.
• Report disengagements, observations, and events using company tools.
• Maintain safety procedures and comply with local traffic regulations and procedures.
• Provide feedback to engineering teams to improve autonomous driving systems.
