Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi operations across North America. You will monitor vehicle behavior, ensure safety, and intervene when needed.

No prior AV experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; you're expected to maintain high situational awareness and follow detailed procedures during shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi fleet operations.
• Continuously supervise the self-driving system and traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety rules.
• Complete routes while complying with local regulations and procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services with safe operation.
