Job summary

TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi deployments across North America. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when needed, and work with engineers, fleet operations, and depot teams.

No prior AV experience required; we provide comprehensive training on driving systems, procedures, and safety. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of driving, clean record, and strong situational awareness.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong defensive driving skills and be highly observant.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities required.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and commercial operations.
• Maintain full awareness of traffic conditions and intervene when necessary.
• Record disengagements and operational events using reporting tools.
• Provide feedback to engineering teams to improve autonomous driving performance.
