TSMG Holding is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial deployment of AV and robotaxi fleets across North America. You will monitor self-driving systems, intervene when needed, and maintain compliant operations while undergoing comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean driving record
• Valid driver's license required
• Demonstrated defensive driving and high situational awareness
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Able to pass background verification and drug/alcohol screening
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial operations
• Supervise performance of the self-driving system with awareness of traffic
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety rules
• Complete routes with compliance to traffic regulations and procedures
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents to depot/technical teams
• Document operational events and provide structured feedback for system improvement
