Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and deployment of AV and robotaxi fleets across North America. You will monitor vehicle behavior, ensure procedural compliance, and intervene when needed.

No prior AV experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge autonomous mobility tech and opportunities across multiple cities in North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Ability to pass background verification and random drug screening.
• Upper-Intermediate English with good reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate autonomous vehicles during testing, pilot programs and commercial robotaxi fleet operations.
• Continuously monitor self-driving system performance and traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety rules.
• Complete assigned routes while complying with local traffic laws and procedures.
• Provide structured feedback on vehicle behavior and incident observations.
