Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and deployment of robotaxi fleets across North America. You will monitor vehicle behavior, ensure safety procedures, and intervene when needed.

No prior AV experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. Strong situational awareness and defensive driving are essential as you contribute to the future of mobility across multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and at least 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification (BGV) and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Upper-intermediate English required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial robotaxi fleet operations.
• Continuously supervise the self-driving system performance with awareness of surrounding traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control of the vehicle whenever required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete assigned routes while ensuring compliance with local traffic regulations and company operating procedures.
• Report issues to depot and technical teams and support fleet readiness.
