Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial deployments of self-driving robotaxi fleets across North America. You will monitor vehicle behavior and intervene as needed while working with engineering and operations teams.

No AV experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. The role offers exposure to advanced autonomous technologies and opportunities to contribute to the rollout in multiple cities across the region.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification (BGV).
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Comfortable driving for extended periods in urban and highway environments.
• Ability to follow detailed operational procedures with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi fleet operations.
• Continuously supervise the self-driving system while maintaining awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control of the vehicle when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete routes while complying with local traffic regulations and company procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services by maintaining safe operation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure deployment readiness.
• Verify vehicle cleanliness and inspect cameras, sensors, and critical systems before each shift.
• Report any damage or abnormal behaviour to depot and technical teams.
• Record disengagements and observations for engineering feedback.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in ongoing training.
