Job summary

TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and deployment of robotaxi fleets across North America. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene as needed, and coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.

No prior AV experience is required because we provide comprehensive training on driving systems, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.
• Excellent situational awareness and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial operations.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report issues to depot/technical teams.
• Record disengagements and operational events using company tools; provide structured feedback.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements; participate in training and refreshers.
