Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi fleets across North America. You will monitor vehicle behaviour, intervene when required, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure safe operation.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years driving experience is required.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass background check and drug/alcohol screening.
Strong situational awareness and communication skills; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and robotaxi operations.
Take manual control when required and ensure compliance with procedures.
Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report issues.
Record events and provide structured feedback to engineering.
Maintain safety and professionalism with the public during testing.
