Job summary

TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi fleet deployment across North America, with training provided. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when needed, and collaborate with engineering and fleet teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong driving fundamentals, excellent situational awareness, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, clean record.
• Minimum 5 years driving experience.
• Background verification and drug screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and reporting skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and operations.
• Supervise self-driving system performance with traffic awareness.
• Take manual control when required by procedures or safety.
• Complete routes per local regulations and SOPs.
• Report issues to depot and tech teams.
